HSHS Medical Group is currently recruiting for a Physiatrist for outpatient clinic and for the Advanced Rehabilitation Center (ARC), at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital, in Decatur, Illinois. This unit is a 20 bed unit. Work with a highly skilled care team, including physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Must be licensed for Physician and Surgeon in the state of practice. Must also maintain an Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible.
