HSHS Medical Group is recruiting for a Board Certified, Neurologist to join our Team of Providers at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Effingham, Illinois. The Neurologist will have an outpatient clinic and provide inpatient consulting servies. The Neurologist will be expected to do general neurology, but subspecialty interest are welcome. The Neurologist will be support by a TeleNeurology service, and our team of Neurologist, Neuro-Interventionalist and Neurosurgeons in Springfield, Illinois. Strong Referral base of community physicians.

St. Anthony’s has been serving the healthcare needs of the Effingham community and surrounding area for nearly 130 years and continues to expand to keep pace with the needs of a growing community. The dedicated medical staff at St. Anthony’s consists of 80 local physicians and the Hospital offers medical, surgical, pediatric and obstetrical services, as well as an intensive care unit. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Must be licensed for Physician and Surgeon in the state of practice. Must also maintain an Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible.
